Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day & all-round office administration duties, such as : office supplies, equipment, and inventory, hotel and transportation arrangementMaintain the proper filing system by hard copy record-keeping, staff claims, medical and leave records and system input
To provide quality administrative and secretarial support to special projects, such as office renovation, removal, employee purchase, annual dinner, regional meetings as assigned by managementAssist in organizing various company functionsHandle other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or above with 2 years plus service industry experience
Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred<...
