Your mission, roles and responsibilities- Oversee and manage general services such as cafeteria, cleaning, and workplace amenities
- Coordinate facilities operations, including elevators, HVAC systems, water dispensers, solar panels, wastewater treatment plant, and maintenance areas
- Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, legal requirements, and certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, LEED, among others)
- Support audits and inspections, ensuring timely follow-up of action plans and corrective measures
