Make a difference at Bissell Centre as the Housing Services Team Lead. This on-site position focuses on housing program implementation and client support for individuals at risk of homelessness.
As a pivotal member of the Bissell Centre team, the Housing Services Team Lead will manage program administration and engage directly with clients in a low-barrier environment. You will oversee service delivery, facilitate case management meetings, and develop operational plans in collaboration with the management team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in program development and experience working with high-risk populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee delivery of Housing Services through participant service plans
• Facilitate weekly Intensive Case Management meetings
• Develop operational plans with the management team
• Train staff on the Efforts to Outcomes database
• Provide direct client support as needed
