Overview

We are recruiting for a Case Manager. This role is a vital part of our Housing Resource Centre, supporting individuals ranging from homelessness to independent living. As part of the continuum, we offer Emergency Shelter Intake Services to support clients in securing emergency accommodations, which includes a waiting room open 16 hours and a 24/7/365 emergency shelter, Housing Resource Centre, Transitional Housing and Supportive Housing programs.

As part of our Housing Resource Centre, individuals and their families will be able to contact staff for support Monday-Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm if they are experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
