Your Opportunity
Wattle House’s Housing Support Services provides individuals and families who are homeless or who are at risk of becoming homeless with supporting services to ensure they secure long-term stable accommodation while addressing the issues associated with their homelessness and current circumstances.
You will work alongside clients to achieve goals with a holistic, person-centred, culturally aware approach relating to managing barriers relative to housing tenure and homelessness, education, or employment opportunities, so they can be ready to transition into long-term stable housing and gain independence.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Respond to referrals of individuals and or families from internal and external services (including NPAH, NAHA, FDV and AOD) and conduct initial assessments of suitability for support
