Embark on a seasonal journey as a Housekeeping Clerk in a scenic lodge. Immerse yourself in a beautiful outdoor setting while handling guest inquiries and housekeeping duties from July to December.
Your role will focus on ensuring a clean and organized environment, managing room assignments and guest requests efficiently. You will also oversee lost and found tracking and help maintain key inventory. Collaborating effectively with supervisors and maintaining room statuses will enhance guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries
• Assign and manage room tasks for attendants
• Keep accurate records of lost items
• Ensure cleanliness in all housekeeping areas
• Report maintenance needs for resolution
Requirements:
• Experience in housekeeping required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must possess Canadian work eligibility
