Lead compassionate care at Simaril Supported Living as a House Leader in our Residential Program. Coordinate day-to-day support, fostering community integration and personal growth for residents.
In this full-time House Leader role, you’ll work closely with a dedicated support team. With 2-3 years of direct support and leadership experience, you'll assist residents in achieving personal goals while managing communications, scheduling, and administrative duties. Your leadership will enhance the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
