• Location: Edson, AB T7E 1V9
• Salary: $37.00 hourly / 35 hours per week
• Term: Permanent, Full time
• Shift: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
• Recruit and hire staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Establish work schedules
• Organize and maintain inventory

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: Experience an asset
• Location requirement: Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote work.
