Hotel Manager (Campbell River)

Heron’s Landing Hotel, operated by Tiger Investment Co. Ltd., is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure efficient service delivery, staff supervision, and guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures to ensure smooth and productive hotel operations.
• Prepare and manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Participate in pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials, equipment, and services.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff.
• Coordinate and negotiate with clients regarding the use of hotel facilities for meetings, events, and group bookings.
