Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the department or establishment
- Prepare budgets
- Check for the provision of materials and supplies and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules, check with clients for the use of facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions and other functions
- Resolve customer complaints; supervise housekeeping staff and do daily duties such as dealing with hotel guests on a daily basis and performing duties; inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met and may perform certain cleaning duties
