Hospitality Guest Services Manager Position
Job Description
Transform guest services as a proactive Guest Services Manager in an on-site hotel setting. Manage staff, enhance customer interactions, and ensure smooth operations.
Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality field. Responsibilities include recruiting staff, enforcing policies, and conducting performance reviews. Your focus will be on service excellence, through training and problem resolution to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, and supervise guest service personnel • Conduct performance reviews and enforce policies • Manage budgets and track expenses • Address customer complaints and concerns • Coordinate events and establish effective work schedules
Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required • Secondary school diploma or equivalent • Strong attention to detail and financial awareness • Excellent communication and client service skills • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
