• Closed ICU

• 7-on 7-off scheduling

• Day: 10 Physicians and 2 PA/NP's

• Swing: 1 Swing Physician with slight cross coverage after 7pm

• Night: 2 Physicians and 1 PA/NP

• HM Physicians respond to Codes and RRTs

• No Pr...
