Assignment Length: Ongoing coverage need Start Date: As soon as credentialed Openings: 1 Reason for Coverage: Long-term permanent search Practice Setting: Hospitalist coverage for inpatient psychiatric unit Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:00p No weekends or call required Patient Population: Ages 10+ EMR: Cerner Credentialing: 90 days Requirements: Active Massachusetts licensure FNP Board certification AHA BLS certification Minimum 2-years Hospitalist experience or equivalent Job Responsibilities (Generalized): Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices.
