• Support the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring disciplined SOP and checklist execution.
• Conduct safe, efficient IFR multi‑engine operations with meticulous attention to detail.
• Deliver attentive, professional service to customers and guests on every leg.
• Participate in thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
• Perform diligent post‑flight duties, documentation, and aircraft care.
• Exercise sound judgment and maintain composure under pressure and dynamic conditions.
