Introduction: We are seeking a nurturing; gentle homeschool facilitator to support two neurodivergent sisters (aged 10 and 7 years old) with a PDA and GAD profile. The girls thrive in relational, trust-based learning environments where connection comes before academics. The facilitator should be warm, intuitive, and passionate about neurodiversity, with a willingness to learn and adapt alongside the family. The role is less about teacher at the front of the room and more about being a trusted older friend who makes learning happen through companionship, creativity, and emotional steadiness.
