At TJX Companies, you’ll work closely with the District Loss Prevention Manager and store management to uphold the store’s safety and integrity. Your role focuses on exercising sound judgment and creating a welcoming atmosphere as you deter dishonest behavior while assisting shoppers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a strong presence at the front of the store
• Observe and report any suspicious activities
• Wear a Body Worn Camera while on duty
• Maintain compliance with all Company policies
• Execute closing safety sweeps with management
Requirements:
• 0-2 years experience in retail or security
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Initiative and independent work capability
• Ability to manage workload effectively
• Willingness to stand for extended periods
