Support clients in their daily lives as a Home Support Personal Worker at VON. This role offers a flexible schedule and requires personal care, homemaking, and client-assessing responsibilities.
As part of VON, you'll work to improve clients' independence through tailored personal support. Engaging with clients and their families, you'll adapt care plans and complete various tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation. Key Responsibilities:
