Manage day to day Logistics Operations Schedule and provide support and guidance during daily run planning sessions with the relevant parties. Coordinate and authorize the rescheduling of runs. Coordinate with the Fleet Controllers to repair and replace all operational equipment. Monitor operational execution status and implement contingency plans when required in your designated area. Provide input and support to the Project team with all new Logistics related projects as and when required to do so. Collaborate with the Regional Route Planner to initiate corrective measures for non‑adherence to route compliance. Oversee and ensure that all Team Controller: Logistics deliver and achieve SLA requirements, supervise and conduct regular meetings with the Team Controller: Logistics.
