HO GA Manager (Construction - GA, IR, Asset Management)

Job Description

- Develop and manage the annual GA budget, work plans, and departmental programs to support company operations and business objectives.
- Oversee (including directly checking/monitoring) company asset management, including office facilities, buildings, vehicles, and other operational assets, ensuring proper maintenance and utilization.
- Manage vehicle administration, insurance, maintenance programs, and operational support to ensure compliance, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Supervise building management, housekeeping services, environmental management, and workplace facilities to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
- Handle permits, licenses, and regulatory matters while coordinating with government authorities and local communities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
