Hiring Coordinator & Technician Dispatcher (1099 Contractor)

**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, **10:00 AM-6:00 PM** _PST_
**Compensation**:800 pesos/day** to start (probationary period), **up to 1,200 pesos/day after 60 days** based on performance.

**What You’ll Do**
- If hired, **send and collect final onboarding paperwork** and ensure completion.
- **Dispatch jobs** to technicians and monitor schedule/coverage throughout the day.
- **Assist technicians with troubleshooting** and escalate issues when needed.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Fluent in English** (spoken and written).
- **Strong problem-solving skills**; **self-motivated**, **dependable**, eager to learn.
- Desire to **stay long-term** and grow with the company.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving operations environment.
- **Nice to have**: Experience with **WordPress** and **Google Sheets**.
