Hil Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) Test Engineer with experience in automotive ECU validation and automated testing.The candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining HIL test setups and automation frameworks for embedded systems.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute HIL test cases for automotive ECUs.
- Work on d SPACE/Vector based HIL systems and bench setups.
- Perform manual and automated testing for vehicle functions.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Python, CAPL, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Analyze test results, debug issues, and prepare validation reports.
- Integrate ECUs, sensors, actuators, and communication networks such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
- Support requirement analysis and traceability using tools like DOORS or Test Rail.
- Collaborate with software, system, and validation teams for issue resolution.
