Join Vivazen as a Sales Recruiter focusing on high-volume Territory Sales Representative hiring. Manage the full recruitment process to enhance candidate experience and support business growth.
In this dynamic role at Vivazen, you'll be responsible for driving high-volume recruitment efforts. You'll conduct recruiter screens daily, utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, and ensure effective communication with candidates. Your work will contribute directly to filling sales positions across key markets and supporting new hires through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
