Key Responsibilities:
• Create specifications for high-speed analog circuits
• Design circuits such as serializers and VCOs
• Develop validation strategies using Hspice technologies
• Manage physical layout for minimal parasitic impact
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in circuit design
