HEP Internship in Electrical Propulsion
Job Description
Dive into the HEP team's cutting-edge work on hybrid-electric propulsion technology this fall. This internship focuses on electrical propulsion system design, testing, and analysis within Longueuil's dynamic aerospace environment.
Starting August 31, 2026, you will support the installation of electric powertrains and develop testing protocols. This role is ideal for a 3rd or 4th year or master’s student in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering, providing a French-speaking work environment while requiring functional English for technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee electric powertrain installation in test airframe
• Develop and document test procedures for electric systems
• Record and report on test results accurately
• Manage verification protocols in requirements-management tools
Requirements:
• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Enrolled in a Canadian university in relevant engineering studies
