Hematology Business Unit Manager (CAR‑T) – Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Purpose

Lead the Country Value Team to plan and deliver initiatives that generate measurable value for the brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAR‑T site activation, certification, governance and act as the single commercial point of contact.
• Drive on‑label scientific education, commercial negotiations, contract management, access strategy, payer engagement, and align sales forecasting with sites and planning teams.
• Proactively optimize site processes and infrastructure, support audits/inspections, resolve operational issues, and benchmark and map risks.
• Own and drive brand strategy aligned with the Value Excellence Book and local needs, lead CVT governance/forums and interface with field and regional governance.
