You will take calls from store and Head Office users, troubleshoot issues, and assist with documentation. Your role will also involve maintaining the help-desk database and following up on problem resolutions, ensuring seamless support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take calls and assist store and Head Office users
• Log calls in the help-desk database effectively
• Update information and maintain problem reports
• Participate in POS procedure documentation
• Troubleshoot POS hardware and software issues

• High School diploma required
