Job Description
Provide specialized care to heart failure patients as a Registered Nurse in the Schulich Heart Program. Deliver holistic treatment while collaborating with the Transfusion Medicine team for comprehensive patient support.
As a pivotal member of the Heart Function clinic, the Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, safe care to patients with complex health needs. This role requires proactive engagement in administering therapies, conducting assessments, and supporting patient education. You will also act as a liaison with the Medly application support team to enhance patient experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and document patient data
• Administer treatments including ECGs and intravenous therapy
