Job Description
Securicare is seeking a Healthcare Security Shift Supervisor to support operations within the Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) portfolio. In this role, you will provide shift‑level leadership to frontline security staff, ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors while supporting daily operations and incident response. You will act as the first point of escalation on shift, maintaining operational continuity and supporting team performance in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong healthcare security experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
Location: University of British Columbia Hospital (UBCH), Vancouver BC
