Job Role- Handle patient calls for appointment scheduling and support
- Verify insurance benefits (VOB)
- Work with EMR systems
- Assist with prescription and admin workflows
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, or medical office (preferred)
- OR strong customer service experience (training provided)
- English B2+ (required)
