Health & Safety Specialist - HyCO

At Air Products, we are seeking a Health and Safety Specialist located in Edmonton, Alberta . This newly created role will support Air Products hydrogen assets under the America’s HyCO Organization. The Health & Safety Specialist provides direct field support on activities specific to worker health and safety, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and all applicable federal, provincial and territorial regulations.

What You Will Do

• Support plant leaders on high‑risk, confined space, hot work, and complex safety activities.
• Develop and support site improvement plans stemming from corporate assurance and audits.
• Provide plant start‑up support including training and standard implementation.
• Participate in safety program coaching, incident investigation, and facility maintenance projects.
