Health & Safety Officer

Fritz-Alder Precast is seeking an experiencedHealth & Safety Officer who can take the lead in building and strengthening our safety culture. This is a hands-on role for someone confident in making decisions, improving systems, and ensuring our people go home safely every day.

You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive health and safety program that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with Managers, Supervisors, and employees across all departments to promote safe work practices, reduce risk, and build accountability at every level.
