BA Blacktop is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to lead and advance the ongoing development and implementation of our Health & Safety Management System.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the corporate Safety Management Systems Ensure OSH Program complies with current OSH legislation, regulations and industry codes of practiceInterview, hire, and manage H&S department representativesReview or develop site-specific safety plans, orientations, safe work practices, and proceduresOversee the administration of the Injury Management Program for injured workers with medical restrictionsReview or conduct accident/incident investigationsReview or conduct site-specific inspectionsReview or conduct site-specific auditsOversee the distribution and/or development of the Weekly Safety Meeting Topics, Near Miss Reviews, S...
