You as a Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) Coordinator will:
Be responsible for site specific safety including facilitating orientations, site inspections, review and filing of subcontractor’s pre-construction and weekly safety submittals and conducting / leading accident investigations when necessary.Identify potential hazards and directing rectification measures. Monitor employees and subcontractors on site to ensure compliance to safety procedures and escalate issues to resolution. Organize training programs including but not limited to: WHMIS, Working At Heights, Personal Protection Equipment, CPR/First Aid. Coordinate weekly safety audit summaries.
