You as a Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator will:
Be responsible for safety orientation, job site inspections, onsite first aid assessment/treatment and accident/injury reportsMonitor employees and subcontractors on site to ensure compliance to safety procedures and escalate issues to resolutionProactively identify and prevent hazardous situations and take necessary measures to correct themReview of Subcontractors' Pre-Construction safety submittals Review and file Subcontractors' weekly safety submittals Organize and conduct training programs including but not limited to: WHMIS, Fall Protection, Personal Protection Equipment, CPR/First AidEffectively compile weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual project health and safety statisticsCreate, maintain, and educate all site staff on maintaining a safety first cultureManage the onsite he...
