In this role, you'll report to the Owner/Lead Consultant and focus on programming that maintains regulatory compliance. Key tasks include conducting field inspections, coordinating employee training, and supporting disability claims management. A proactive approach along with excellent planning and organization are key for success in this position.

• Provide guidance on Health & Safety policies and programs
• Conduct regular inspections and field assessments
• Organize and conduct employee training including orientations
• Develop Continuous Improvement plans for clients
• Participate in audits and compliance processes
