Health & Safety Coordinator

Anmar Mechanical and Electrical Contractors Ltd. is currently seeking an Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team!

Qualifications

• NCSO Certification, or working towards NCSO Certification considered an asset
• Working knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a health and safety role within a construction or an industrial environment an asset
• Experience working with/on JHSC considered an asset

Duties:

• Support the implementation and enforcement of site-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and applicable regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits; document findings and track corrective actions to completion
