Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator

Warman Construction Ltd is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator to oversee safety compliance across construction sites in Saskatchewan. The coordinator will implement and monitor health and safety policies, conduct site inspections and audits, manage incidents, mentor crews, and maintain emergency plans. Experience with the Certificate of Recognition program, SiteDocs, WSA, and Nav Canada is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce site safety rules and practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits; review Field Level Risk Assessments (FLRA) for compliance.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Mentor and coach construction crews on safety practices, policies, and procedures.
