Job Description
Lead health advancements as the Health Director with Hailika’as Heiltsuk Health Centre Society in stunning Bella Bella, BC. Oversee operations and advocate for community health in a culturally aligned setting.
This full-time permanent position offers an opportunity to manage all aspects of the Health Centre, implement community-driven health programs, and ensure adherence to governance practices. You will be responsible for enhancing health care delivery and fostering a culture of wellness while adapting to emerging challenges. This role also includes reporting to the Health Board and building essential partnerships.

• Develop annual and long-term service delivery plans
