Job Description

Breton Long Term Care is a 23‑bed unit located in a rural setting where the Health Care Aide – Long Term Care will provide patient care services as an unregulated worker under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Registered Psychiatric Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse within an inter‑disciplinary team environment to provide client‑ and family‑centered care.

Responsibilities

As a Health Care Aide you will work as a collaborative member of the multidisciplinary team, providing personal assistance by supporting activities of daily living and delivering support services to patients (clients, residents) who require short‑term assistance or ongoing support in accordance with the patient care plan and facility policies and procedures.
