Tofield has an exciting opportunity for a Health Care Aide to join their nursing team!As a Health Care Aide, you will be an important member of a multidisciplinary health care team, demonstrating genuine interest and respect for the clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in Home Care. You will be a key part of the multidisciplinary care team proving personal care and support to clients in the community settings. Your primary duties will be delivering health care procedures and assisting clients with ADLs as determined in collaboration with the client, their family and members of the health care team as details in the established health care plan.
