Position: Health Care Aide (HCA)
Location: Winnipeg, Concordia Hospital, N2W Surgery Department.
Posting End Date: June 8, 2026. FTE: 0.40. Anticipated Shift: Days, Evenings, Weekends. Work Arrangement: In Person. Daily Hours Worked: 7.75. Annual Base Hours: 2015.
Salary: $23,187 – $26,800 per annum.
Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN), the Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), and/or the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the Health Care Aide (HCA) acts as a member of the health care team, assisting with patient/resident care and providing basic supportive care as directed.
Experience
- Recent patient care experience (in the last 4 years) required or equivalent will be considered.
Education
- Grade 12 education or equivalent.
