The Health Care Aide (HCA) in Acute works in a Patient and Family Centered Care environment that focuses on meeting the comprehensive and complex care needs of the patients and their families in a home‑like setting. The HCA will work diligently to enhance the patient’s activities of daily living by providing compassionate patient‑centered care.
