• Lead or co‑lead complex client engagements, including managing overall service delivery, financial evaluations, plan design, renewals, business placement, benchmarking and other studies
• Oversee multiple projects and ensure they are on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations
• Develop sophisticated benefits, design and renewal strategies and drive the development of tools and solutions to address complex client issues
