Lead as the Health and Safety Training Manager at EllisDon, focused on developing crucial training programs for Facility Services. Drive alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
You’ll take charge of training strategy, ensuring effective oversight for the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Facility Services groups. Collaborating deeply with stakeholders, you will integrate operational needs into actionable training plans and support Talent Development Program managers in packaging those needs effectively.
