Health And Safety Manager

Position Summary

The Health and Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting health and safety programs specific to metalworking, fabrication, and related industrial operations. This role provides expertise in hazard recognition, risk control, and compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) , applicable regulations, and company standards. The Specialist will act as a subject matter expert in areas such as, machine guarding, hot work, ergonomics, and materials handling, while also serving as a certified trainer for critical industrial equipment and high-risk work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and monitor safety training specific to metal services operations, including welding, cutting, grinding, machining, and press operations.
