Job Overview

Con-Tech General Contractors located in Saskatoon is currently looking for an independent, self-motivated, efficient individual to join our team as Health & Safety Coordinator. Reporting to the HS Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring company management and workers comply with OH&S regulations, our HS Management System, and client safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supervision to coordinate health and safety programs for both office and field, ensuring the team is aware of and compliant with regulatory, company, and client safety programs.
• Conduct employee orientations, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Report and manage injury claims.
• Maintain safety file system.
• Verify supervision, workers, and sub-trades meet Health & Safety requirements.
• Record keeping, data input, tracking, and analysis.
