Reporting to the Human Resources Director, your role is crucial for enhancing safety practices within a pioneering organization. You will work on training, policy creation, and compliance measures to foster a culture of safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead health and safety training programs
• Create and update safety documentation and procedures
• Provide monthly compliance and safety reports
• Lead the Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings
• Inspect facilities and ensure safety measures are followed

• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
• CRSP or CRST designation preferred
