EOI for a Health and Safety Advisor to join the Eastern Freeway - Burke to Tram Alliance. Full time, based in Bulleen, VIC.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain all project safety documentation, reports and compliance records while working effectively.Lead and promote safety initiatives across the project, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.Build, mentor, and support project teams by setting clear expectations, encouraging accountability, and driving continuous improvement.Maintain a strong on-site presence, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and foster positive working relationships across the project.Assist with preparation of SWMS and Construction Method Sta...
