Overview
Location: NCN Family & Community Wellness Centre, Main office
Role Overview: The Health Administrative staff member will report to the Director of Health, providing comprehensive administrative support within a public health setting. This role supports managers and staff in coordinating daily operations, maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication, and assisting with the delivery of public health programs and services to ensure efficient, organized, and community-focused care.
General Accountability
- Provide administrative assistant support to the Public Health Department and Health Director to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with privacy standards.
- Coordinate scheduling for appointments, meetings and program activities, including related documentation
- Perform data entry and maintain databases, tracking systems, and reports.
