As the Head of VIP, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the VIP program, ensuring the retention, growth, and satisfaction of high-value players. Supervise and coordinate the VIP Account Managers team, ensuring loyalty and engagement objectives are met.

Define and execute CRM strategies focused on personalization and enhancing the VIP player experience.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop exclusive promotions and events.

Monitor and analyze the performance of the VIP program, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies in all interactions with VIP clients.
